Srinivasu Satti

Founder & Managing Director

Satti provides overall leadership and sets the strategic direction for the firm. He is based out of the Hyderabad office.


Satti focuses on Technology and Infrastructure industries and brings more than 25 years of experience across Strategic Advisory, M&A, Program Management and Design Engineering. He has rich transaction experience of having structured about 25 deals and evaluated more than 100 companies for various acquisition pursuits. Prior to founding Finvista, Satti worked as the global head of M&A for Satyam Computers.


Satti has a Management degree from the Indian School of Business and a Masters in Technology from IIT Madras.


Hari Krishnan

Founder & Director

Hari co-founded Finvista and is responsible for the overall growth of the firm. He is based out of the Bangalore office.


He focuses on Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors and brings more than 25 years of experience. He played leadership roles across IT, Business Process Management, Process Automation and Manufacturing. Hari has unique experience of having completed multiple transactions and lead more than 20 pursuits in areas like SCM, IT Infrastructure, ERP, Engineering Services, Financial Services etc. He has an excellent understanding of cross border transaction practices and has worked on acquisition pursuits in USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and UK.


Hari has a Management degree from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a BS in Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University.


Bhargav Desabhatla

Associate Director

Bhargav has 25 years of diverse experience, which straddles across different sectors and roles. As an officer in the Indian Air Force he led mobile units in the desert. As an engineer, he worked on developing Internet infrastructure products.


As the M&A process head in a large IT Services company, he had led cross-border M&A transactions at APAC, Europe and USA and played a key role in post merger integration. He is also experienced in corporate development activities such as JV formation and investment initiatives. He brings in a rich blend of experience covering both strategy as well as transaction related aspects such as financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and contract development.


Bhargav has a Management degree from the Indian School of Business and holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Osmania University. He is based out of Hyderabad office.


Ravi Kumar Karri

Associate Director

At Finvista, Ravi focuses on Capital Raising mandates. Ravi has 23 years of experience across various leadership roles in M&A, Consulting, Program Management and IT functions and worked in Multiple geographies globally.


He had led multiple cross-border M&A pursuits in the USA and Europe and played a key role in post-merger integration of the acquired firms.


Ravi has a Management degree from the Indian School of Business and a Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is based out of the Hyderabad office.
